How quickly does it take to have my show ready to go?
Delivery timelines for all any level of the Podcast Launch Services will be based on your initial involvement. While we formally request at least 2 weeks (10 business days) for the entire creative process, we are happy to expedite these processes at an additional cost.
Can I request to have this sooner rather than later?
We are happy to expedite these processes as we are able when needed. While we cannot guarantee an expedited turnaround so it’s important to speak to contact us to ensure your timelines can be met.
can we outsource all of our podcast production to you?
Of course. This is dependent on the scope of your show. Please send us an email to discuss and we’ll be sure to discuss the level of involvement you want us to have. Additionally, please check out the Business Podcast Solutions for more information.
How many clients do you work with?
We’ve worked with 7-8 podcast clients at any given time. We’ve edited over 400 podcast episodes for multiple podcasts around the globe.
What are the turnaround times for each bundle?
Delivery timelines for our audio production services are as follows:

What is premium editing?
We believe that every so often, “uhm”, certain breathes, and other filler words should remain in audio keeping it as authentic to the hosts as much as possible. We understand that others do not believe that is the case, so we will cut out those long-pauses, filler words, false starts, background sounds, and anything else that may be a distraction for your listeners.
How do I send you my audio files and assets?
Once you purchase which package you want, we will email you with instructions on how to upload your files to your dedicated DropBox folder each time, for every submission. NOTE: It’s crucial to make sure the email you are using, is the email that is presented on the quote.
Is there a contract?

How long do you store my project files?
We store all original and edited files for 90 days. Don’t worry, we will notify you day prior to your removal date to ensure you pull any necessary files needed.
Why not do this editing myself?
You 100% can! And we applaud if editing is something you want to do.
